If this doesn't explain what a lifetime together represents, I don't know
what does. Thanks to the Amsterdam light, which was kind enough on this
occasion to light exactly half the street, I was able to capture an image
that remains one of my favourites.
I had spent a week in Amsterdam, and filled 8 or so rolls of film with
images that I knew were second rate. On my last full day there, in the
course of a few hours, I got five memorable shots on a single roll of film.
This is my favourite of the bunch.
