Needy child

I got a lot of grief for this, both when I took the photo and when I finished the image. I was visiting the Epcot Center with Rebecca, and took this photo as we stood in line at the entrance. She was somewhat scandalised that I would take photos of other people without their permission. The moment, however, was just too good to pass up.

Janus says she prefers the unretouched photo, because it's not so propagandistic (or generic, if you prefer) as this one. I kind of like the irony of the fact that this picture of need is in fact the image of a child from a wealthy family, demanding that her mother put the cap in her hand back on her juice bottle. Some things really are universal.
